**Please note, Homeowner Assessment fees are *not* escrowed as part of your mortgage payment. **

The Parkwood Board of Directors has set the 2015 annual homeowner assessment at $225 per lot, with March 31, 2015, as the last day to pay the assessment in full without incurring a late payment fee of $20.00.

In mid-December, every Parkwood homeowner receives their annual assessment letter from CAS, Inc., of Pinehurst, NC. CAS is providing Parkwood's routine financial management activities, including the collection of assessments and bill paying. (For more information, see the President's Column on pg. 2 of the January 2014 InsideOUT.)

CAS uses Alliance Association Financial Services (AAFS), a division of the Bank of Nevada, as the processor of its financial transactions. Your assessment letter from CAS provides a payment coupon, along with other payment and installment options. If you do not have your payment coupon, the address to mail your payment is c/o CAS Inc., Processing Center, PO Box 94707, Las Vegas, NV  89193-4707. If paying by check, please include your lot number on the memo line. If you do not know your lot number, please call the Parkwood office during business hours (M-F, 8-5) and we can look it up for you.

Please do not send payments to the Parkwood Office.
